How to check swap-free status in Personal Area

JMarkets is pleased to offer swap-free trading accounts for both Muslim and non-Muslim clients. This initiative accommodates various trading strategies while respecting the principles of Islamic finance.

Swap-Free Levels

There are two distinct levels of swap-free status available to non-Muslim clients at JMarkets:

Extended Swap-Free

Standard Swap-Free

  • Default Setting for Non-Muslim Clients: This level is automatically assigned to all new non-Muslim clients.

  • Instruments with No Swaps: Swaps are not charged on Forex majors, minors, exotics, Cryptocurrencies, Indices, Stocks, and XAU/USD.

  • Other Instruments: Swaps will be charged according to the contract specifications for any instruments not listed above.

  • Applicability: For all instruments, swaps will be charged according to the standard contract specifications.

Checking Your Swap-Free Level

  • Trading Accounts (for Islamic countries):

    • Log in to your Personal Area.

    • Go to the My Accounts page

    • Click the settings icon (three dots) next to your trading account and select Account Information.

    • In the bottom you will see the information about Swap type

  • Personal Area:

    • Log in to your Personal Area

    • Go to the Profile section

    • You will see the Swap-Free Level tab - click on it to view detailed information about your current swap-free level (Standard or Extended)

    • If your account is already fully swap-free, the Swap-Free Level tab will not be visible, since no level distinction applies in that case.

Changing between Swap-Free Levels

Your swap-free level may change depending on your trading activity. If the trading activity does not meet the criteria for the Extended level, the account may be adjusted to Standard swap-free. You’ll receive an email notification if your swap-free status changes from Extended to Standard.

Important Conditions and Rights

Changes and Modifications: JMarkets reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel the swap-free levels/status and the list of swap-free instruments at any time.
