Personal Wallet is your balance hub for funds from inactive or archived Trading Accounts.
When a Trading Account becomes inactive and is archived, any remaining funds are automatically transferred to your Personal Wallet. This helps keep your funds in one convenient place, where they remain available for internal transfer.
Are there any fees for Personal Wallet?
No. Storing funds in Personal Wallet is free. JMarkets does not charge a fee for transferring funds from an archived Trading Account to Personal Wallet. You can also transfer funds from Personal Wallet to an active Trading Account using Internal Transfer. Other fees or commissions may apply in accordance with the Client Agreement and applicable terms.
How can I withdraw funds from Personal Wallet to my trading account?
You can return funds to an active trading account using Internal Transfer.
To transfer funds:
Go to Funding.
Select Internal Transfer.
Choose Personal Wallet → active Trading Account.
Confirm the transfer.
The funds will be credited to the selected trading account and become available for trading.
