At JMarkets, clients can withdraw funds even before completing full verification of their accounts. All withdrawals must comply with JMarkets' Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy. According to AML Policy, you may withdraw your initial deposit using the same method that you used for the deposit. After that, you may use the same or any other method to withdraw your profit.
If you want to withdraw funds from your account, please follow the steps below.
Withdrawing Funds in the Personal Area
- Log into your Personal Area: Visit our website and log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to Funding → Withdrawal: On the left menu, select Funds and then choose Withdrawal.
- Select your trading account: Choose the trading account from which you wish to withdraw funds.
- Choose Withdrawal Method: Under the Withdrawal Method section, select one of the available methods listed. Make sure to fill in all necessary details accurately.
- Confirm Withdrawal Amount: The amount available for withdrawal will be displayed under the Sum To Withdraw area, ensuring compliance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
- Initiate Withdrawal: Once all details are filled in, click the "Withdrawal" button. Our Finance Department will process your withdrawal request.
